Contingent Recruiting

Through a contingency contract, you pay us only when you hire exactly the person you want — there is no upfront cost! This type of search is generally not exclusive. As a result, it is imperative to clearly define just what characteristics you want in any given search.
Retained Recruiting

In retained contracts, you hire us exclusively to provide the best-qualified candidates for a specific position within your company — more often than not at a senior level.
Under this type of contract — in which a 50% retainer is required to initiate the process — a dedicated recruiter works with you to refine the profile and target candidates that match the goals and expectations requested. We then utilize our large database of candidates, each of whom undergoes our advanced assessments for suitability and fitness for a particular position.
Our deep connections in the healthcare and technology industries do the rest, ensuring that we deliver a group of highly qualified individuals with the experience and expertise needed to meet your defined expectations.
Expansion Recruiting Contract

The best companies don’t stand still. They grow.
That’s why, when asked, we offer exclusive expansion contracts, which — while paralleling the retainer approach — allows us to fill a number of positions in your company within a specific timeframe, to help facilitate your dreams, visions, and needs. During this process, we streamline hiring procedures to make sure that the best possible candidates are found in the most timely manner possible.
These contracts require a one-third value of the total recruiting fee to begin the process, followed by an additional third when half of the positions are filled, and the balance when the last position is filled.
